Complete the transfer credit appeal form below to request a reevaluation of your transfer coursework.

Submit one form for ALL coursework to be reevaluated.
Indicate in the form which course(s) you want reevaluated and the SUNY Oneonta course you think is equivalent.
A course syllabus is required for each course to be reevaluated.
If you are interested in transferring into our education program, sample coursework such as papers, projects and tests must be submitted electronically as an attachment in addition to each course syllabus.
